Roger the Plumber an industry leading, privately-owned home services company, recently announced that it has acquired the assets of All Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. Roger the Plumber provides eco-friendly heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and water filtration services.

“We are very excited for the opportunity to service the All Seasons customer base and expand the scope of its services,” said Roger the Plumber General Manager, Ian Williams.

The acquisition will enable All Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning to continue servicing their loyal customer base. In addition, the extended services offered by Roger the Plumber will provide more energy-efficient HVAC solutions, as well as additional plumbing and water filtration products.

All Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning is based in Kansas City and was founded by Bruce and Mary Olds. It has been a leading local home services provider since 1983. The company will continue to operate under the same name.
