OUR MISSION
The RTP Senior Rewards Program includes discounts on repair, replacement and evaluation fees as well as special family involvement/second person verification and priority service for ages 62 and older. Additionally, in an effort to better serve senior customers, we require all professional staff go through senior sensitivity training.
Our goal is to ensure efficient and accurate service. All of our employees are required to go through rigorous training, background checks, and drug testing, and our core commitment is simply to continue conducting business in a moral and ethically responsible manner.
